Refund Terms
If you’re not satisfied with Side Hustle Profit Pro, you can request a full refund within 14 days of your purchase. We want users to feel confident exploring the platform, and we aim to handle all refund requests fairly and transparently. To request a refund, simply email us at ethan@profitcompasspro.com with your order number and purchase details. Our team will review your request and guide you through the process. All refunds are processed through our payment provider, Paddle.com, which acts as the Merchant of Record for all transactions. Once approved, refunds are typically returned to your original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank or card provider. You can cancel your subscription at any time. After cancellation, you will continue to have access to Pro features until the end of your current billing period, and no further charges will be made. Please note that our service is digital and provides immediate access to tools and features after purchase. For this reason, refund eligibility may depend on usage and timing of the request within the 14-day window.
